Counter Sales Associate Description
Job Overview
Greet and serve walk-in customers providing high level service through product knowledge and based on the set procedures. Take part in the opening and closing duties in compliance with the norms and internal procedures. Maintain and report all records such as; the daily training, taste panels, and
wastage forms and report any complaints or operation issues to the Manager. Ensure all operation details are clearly communicated to the team as part of maintaining a proper handover process detailed in the log book.
Responsibilities
Place orders for needed products from the Stock Keeper in coordination with the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager. Ensure a clean environment by implementing hygiene practices such as “Clean as you go” policy and sanitation of the counter display. Process the orders received from Waiters and set them according to serving standards then ensure they are presented to customers within the serving timeframe. Receive the daily orders, check the items according to the order specifications, display them in the presentation fridge and replenish regularly while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards. Receive and prepare take away orders making sure they are wrapped according to standards and take special orders from customers. Receive and handle cash payments including exchange and money transactions while following the set policies.
Qualifications
High School Degree. 0 - 1 year of experience in customer service. Fluency in English. Analytical Thinking: level 1. Attention to details: level 2. Change and Adaptability: level 1. Cultural Awareness: level 1. Customer Focus: level 1. Planning and Organizing: level 2. Teamwork: level 2.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة
ترحيب وخدمة العملاء الذين يدخلون المحل مع تقديم خدمة عالية المستوى من خلال معرفة المنتجات وبناءً على الإجراءات المحددة. المشاركة في مهام الافتتاح والإغلاق وفقًا للمعايير والإجراءات الداخلية. المحافظة على وتقرير جميع السجلات مثل؛ التدريب اليومي، لوحات التذوق، ونماذج الهدر والإبلاغ عن أي شكاوى أو مشاكل تشغيلية للمدير. التأكد من أن جميع تفاصيل العملية يتم التواصل بها بوضوح للفريق كجزء من الحفاظ على عملية التسليم المناسبة المفصلة في دفتر السجل.
المسؤوليات
تقديم الطلبات للمنتجات المطلوبة من أمين المخزن بالتنسيق مع مدير المطعم/مساعد المدير. التأكد من نظافة البيئة من خلال تنفيذ ممارسات النظافة مثل سياسة "نظف أثناء العمل" وتعقيم واجهة العرض. معالجة الطلبات المستلمة من النُدُل وضبطها وفقًا لمعايير الخدمة ثم التأكد من تقديمها للعملاء في إطار زمني محدد. استقبال الطلبات اليومية، التحقق من العناصر وفقًا لمواصفات الطلب، عرضها في ثلاجة العرض وتجديدها بانتظام مع الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والعرض. استقبال وإعداد الطلبات لأخذها مع التأكد من لفها وفقًا للمعايير واستلام الطلبات الخاصة من العملاء. استلام ومعالجة المدفوعات النقدية بما في ذلك الصرف والمعاملات المالية مع اتباع السياسات المحددة.
المؤهلات
