Details
As a Technology Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our internal sales team, providing technical support during customer visits and helping with account planning. You will also be responsible for responding to technical RFPs/RFIs promptly and professionally, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to provide technical responses to RFPs and RFIs
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate product capabilities to customers
- Assist in preparing proposals and technical solutions to meet client needs
- Implement and configure IT security solutions such as Firewalls, SIEM, XDR, EDR, Vulnerability Management, IDS/IPS, VPN, and data security systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT security consulting
- Expertise in implementing and configuring security solutions such as Firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

- العمل مع فريق المبيعات لتقديم استجابات تقنية لعروض RFP وRFI

- المساعدة في إعداد المقترحات والحلول التقنية لتلبية احتياجات العملاء
- تنفيذ وتكوين حلول أمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات مثل Firewalls، SIEM، XDR، EDR، إدارة الثغرات، IDS/IPS، VPN، وأنظمة أمان البيانات
الشروط
- خبرة مثبتة في استشارات أمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات
- خبرة في تنفيذ وتكوين حلول الأمان مثل Firewalls، SIEM، IDS/IPS وغيرها من تقنيات الأمان
- مهارات تواصل قوية مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية المعقدة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة
