Mechanical Supervisor PTW Holder

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with experience in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Experience in managing mechanical teams and overseeing site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in English.
• Qatar Energy approved PTW required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical work on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Lead a team of technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure timely completion of mechanical activities in line with project timelines.

Painting/Coating Inspector

Qualifications

• NACE Level 1 or 2 certification, or BGAS Level 1 or 2 certification.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Painting Inspector in industrial or Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor painting and coating applications to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Ensure proper surface preparation and application of coatings.
• Conduct inspections at various stages of the painting process, including pre-inspection, during application, and post-application.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the quality control and project teams to address any non-conformities or issues.

QA/QC Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.2.2

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance for the repair of plant equipment/items.
• Certified Welding Inspector 3.2.2, with a strong understanding of quality assurance and control.
• Preferred: Level II certification in RT, UT, MT, PT, VT.
• Engineering background or technical education from a recognized institution or technical center.
• Strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of welding activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform quality control tasks for plant equipment repair.
• Ensure that all welding processes meet required specifications and standards.

• الإشراف على تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح المعدات الميكانيكية.
• قيادة فريق من الفنيين وتقديم الإرشادات الفنية.
• ضمان إكمال الأنشطة الميكانيكية في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لجداول المشاريع.

مفتش طلاء/طلاء

المؤهلات

• شهادة NACE المستوى 1 أو 2، أو شهادة BGAS المستوى 1 أو 2.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات كمفتش طلاء في المشاريع الصناعية أو النفط والغاز.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في ضمان الجودة لإصلاح معدات/عناصر المصانع.
• مفتش لحام معتمد 3.2.2، مع فهم قوي لضمان الجودة والرقابة.
• مفضل: شهادة المستوى الثاني في RT، UT، MT، PT، VT.
• خلفية هندسية أو تعليم تقني من مؤسسة أو مركز تقني معترف به.
• مهارات اتصال قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إجراء فحوصات على أنشطة اللحام لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة.
• أداء مهام مراقبة الجودة لإصلاح معدات المصانع.
• ضمان أن جميع عمليات اللحام تفي بالمواصفات والمعايير المطلوبة.
