CCTV Technician at Flora Group

Job Overview

Flora Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled CCTV Technician for full-time employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare GI pipes and PVC conduit pipes for all cabling works.
• Climb ladders and work at heights using proper safety materials (PPE).
• Lift and move hardware and devices for installation and office arrangements.
• Lift, move, and arrange stock, materials, and other equipment for office and projects.
• Pull different types of cables as per conduit/pipe specifications and arrange them properly.
• Work in false ceilings to pull cables and arrange pipes/conduits.
• Perform outdoor work in construction areas, in sunlight, and in places without AC.
• Prepare electrical cables for solutions and products.
• Collaborate with civil works and furniture teams for solutions and products.
• Prepare gypsum, cut wall roads, tiles, interlocks, and make conduits for CCTV and access control devices.
• Conduct cable crimping, patching, tracing, testing, and fluke testing.
• Install hardware devices including CCTV, access control, time and attendance systems, E Gate/Speed Gate, gate barriers, Q Matic, structured cabling, switches, UPS, NVR, IPTV equipment, servers, PC workstations, switches, racks, and cabinets.
• Arrange and label cables and all hardware devices.
• Report to the supervisor or site engineer daily and complete work per their instructions.
• Clean the installation site and maintain cleanliness.
• Work with the installation and software team to provide support and information for the location of installed devices.
• Prepare and maintain reports of daily work completed and submit to the project manager monthly.
• Prepare and maintain reports of daily overtime worked and report to the supervisor/site engineer.
• Attend driving school as requested by management to obtain a driving license; after obtaining the license, drive to projects and sites along with the team for installations and company activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned based on projects and client requirements.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية

• إعداد أنابيب GI وأنابيب PVC لجميع أعمال الكابلات.
• تسلق السلالم والعمل في ارتفاعات مع استخدام مواد السلامة المناسبة (PPE).
• رفع وتحريك الأجهزة والأدوات لتركيبها وترتيبها في المكتب.
• رفع وتحريك وترتيب المخزون والمواد والمعدات الأخرى للمكتب والمشاريع.
• سحب أنواع مختلفة من الكابلات وفقًا لمواصفات الأنابيب وترتيبها بشكل صحيح.
• العمل في الأسقف المستعارة لسحب الكابلات وترتيب الأنابيب / الأنابيب.
• العمل في الهواء الطلق في المناطق الإنشائية، تحت أشعة الشمس، وفي أماكن بدون تكييف.
• إعداد الكابلات الكهربائية لحلولنا ومنتجاتنا.
• التعاون مع فرق الأعمال المدنية والأثاث لحلولنا ومنتجاتنا.
• إعداد الجبس، وقطع طرق الجدران، والبلاط، والانترلوك، وإنشاء أنابيب للأجهزة الخاصة بالـCCTV ونظام التحكم في الوصول.
• القيام بتقنيات الضغط، والتركيب، والتتبع، والاختبار، واختبار الفلوكي.
• تركيب الأجهزة مثل CCTV، وأنظمة التحكم في الوصول، وأنظمة الوقت والحضور، وأجهزة البوابة السريعة، وبوابة الحواجز، ونظام Q Matic، وكابلات الهيكلية، والمحولات، UPS، NVR، ومعدات IPTV، والخوادم، ومحطات العمل، والمفاتيح، والأرفف، والخزائن.
• ترتيب ووضع ملصقات على الكابلات وجميع الأجهزة.
• الإبلاغ إلى المشرف أو مهندس الموقع يوميًا وإتمام العمل وفقًا لتعليماتهم.
• تنظيف موقع التركيب والحفاظ على النظافة.
• العمل مع فريق التركيب والبرمجيات وتقديم الدعم والمعلومات لموقع الأجهزة المثبتة.
• إعداد وصيانة تقارير العمل اليومية المكتملة وتقديمها إلى مدير المشروع شهريًا.
• إعداد وصيانة تقارير الساعات الإضافية اليومية والإبلاغ إلى المشرف / مهندس الموقع.
• حضور مدرسة القيادة حسب طلب الإدارة للحصول على رخصة القيادة؛ بعد الحصول على الرخصة، يجب القيادة إلى المشاريع والمواقع مع الفريق لأغراض التركيب والأنشطة.
• تنفيذ مهام أخرى بناءً على متطلبات المشاريع والعميل.
