Job Overview
As a Systems Administrator at Voxig, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT, computer systems, and networking, with a passion for solving complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure data security and availability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team and clients on IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure system security protocols are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, virtualization, and security.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- خبرة تزيد عن عامين كمدير أنظمة أو مدير شبكة أو دور مشابه.
- معرفة قوية ببروتوكولات الشبكات والتخزين الافتراضي والأمان.
- خبرة مع المنصات السحابية (مثل AWS، Azure، أو Google Cloud).
- مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات.
